The author Maurice Duffill, now in his late 70s, makes full use of his wide experience of life ranging from being an impudent, enquiring child in the UK to a pondering senior citizen.



His life's story embraces the understanding born out of the high-speed environment of being a jet-fighter pilot and many years as an electrical engineer, designer and Engineering Project Manager. This was tempered by a total change of lifestyle to live remote in the Scottish Highlands followed by the mountains of Malaysia. After much travelling worldwide, and many taxing experiences, he has now settled in an isolated valley of Australia's New South Wales.


The combination of his enquiring mind, the logic of electrical engineering, and his diverse experience, has led to a convincing philosophy of life which could be the basis for all of us to rethink what makes the universe tick.
